14-minute stop clock, 3 thirty second time outs, High School Officials, Boys & Girls play HS Federation Rules, Free Throws played on the Release, 1 & 1 on 10th foul.

Play a variety of Teams from states, including MD, DC, PA, WV, DE, NJ, NY, NC, SC, NVA & Southern VA Best Record/Winner Take individual awards for 1st and 2nd Place
