Refund Policy

Tournament Refund Policy

Once the registered tournament schedule has been released, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Tournament schedules are created based on team registrations, court availability, facility commitments, and game assignments. After schedules are posted, changes and cancellations impact the entire tournament structure.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mdflamesbasketball.com at least 7 days prior to the release of the registered tournament schedule. Refund requests submitted after the schedule has been released will not be considered.

By registering for the tournament, teams acknowledge and agree to these refund policies and understand that registration fees are non-refundable once the schedule has been published.
